Needed a new phone charger because mine stopped working on the train. Ordered it on my phone during lunch and it was quick, the app remembered my address. The charger arrived the next morning in a little padded envelope. Works perfectly and it was cheaper than the shop near work. Happy with it.
Read moreCompared to the high street shop I used to use, this site takes a bit more getting used to. I've been ordering from them for about six years and the basics are still fine. The prices are higher than they used to be though, and the item I ordered last month took nine days to arrive when it used to be three. Customer service did sort it out when I rang.
Read moreHonestly one of the best online shopping experiences I've had in years and I buy a lot of stuff online. The site is quick to search, filters actually work the way you'd expect, and the checkout didn't make me jump through hoops. Stock levels were accurate, nothing I added turned out to be out of stock at the last step. Would go back without thinking twice.
Read moreI bought a winter coat as my first order and was a bit nervous about the sizing. The coat arrived well packed and looks just like the photos. The only niggle is that returning it was a bit fiddly, I had to print a label and find a drop off point, which took a few days to sort out. I'm keeping the coat though so it worked out. Fair enough for a first try.
I compared a couple of other sites before going with this one for a pair of cheap bedside lamps. The price here was a few quid less than the big marketplace, so I went for it. The order page was a bit fiddly on my phone, mainly the address box, but I got through it. The lamps arrived in two days and they're fine for the money.
I needed a present sorted in a hurry for my sister's birthday and didn't have time to go into town. Found what I wanted in about ten minutes and the ordering was simple enough. Arrived a day early which was nice. Only thing is the size guide could be clearer, but otherwise it did the job.
