Tried three other places for a new bedside lamp and this one came out cheaper than all of them with delivery included. Ordering was smooth and I liked that the stock showed how many were left. The lamp arrived in good order and works well in the bedroom.
Read moreBeen ordering from here for years and it's usually fine. This time I needed a refund on a jacket that was too small and the first email about it took three days to get a reply. Once someone picked it up the refund was sorted and the money came back to my card within the week. Just a bit slow getting going.
Read moreWhat struck me first was how clear the order confirmation was, with every item listed and the delivery date right there. I did have a small problem when the wrong size turned up, but I'm not complaining too much as the customer team replied within a day and arranged the swap without fuss. I'd happily order from them again, and I'd say the prices are fair for what you get.
Read moreBought a set of clipless pedals and they're the right ones for my bike, which is what I wanted. The only thing is the box was a bit bigger than it needed to be. Otherwise they arrived quickly and work well.
My old one packed up and I needed a replacement quickly, so I compared a few sites before choosing here. The delivery date they gave was a day later than the first estimate, which was a bit annoying. Otherwise the price was good and the order was simple to place.
Cheapest headphones I could find that still had decent reviews, and they're doing the job. The price was lower than the other places I looked at. The cable is a bit short for my liking but it's a small thing for the money.
Had to get a present for my dad's birthday in a hurry and the app let me order in about two minutes while I was waiting for the bus. The delivery was marked as next day but the courier came the day after. Not a big deal, the gift was spot on.
Looked at a few other sites for a pair of boots, and the cheaper ones weren't any better, so I got these from here. The website was quicker to use than the others and the checkout didn't crash on me like one did. Delivery took four days which was fine. Happy.
