I got the single trip cover for a week in Greece and wanted to keep costs down. The price was a bit more than the cheapest comparison site showed once I'd added the extras I actually needed, but the cover was more complete. My documents came through straight away and I've already saved them offline for the flight.

Bought the annual multi trip policy through the app on the bus home. Went fine, card details saved and the cover was live in a couple of minutes. Only thing is the confirmation email landed in my spam, so I had to go looking for it when I needed it.
