Avanti Travel Insurance

I have bought travel cover for years so I know roughly what to look for. This one is fine but the policy wording is long and a bit dense, and I had to read the medical section twice. The claim form I looked at was reasonable enough though. Not my favourite, but it does the job.

Compared with my old provider this is a lot easier to deal with, and I have been with them for years now. The renewal reminder came through on time and the cover has stayed the same. The only thing I would like is a bit more help when I call in, as the wait was longer than I expected.
