This was my first time taking out insurance on my own so I was a bit nervous about the forms. The questions were in plain English and it told me what each bit meant as I went. My policy documents turned up in my inbox straight away and I could read them on my phone.

Honestly the verdict is it's fine but the claim took ages to get going. I rang them twice and got told someone would call back, which took about four days. Once it got moving it was sorted, but I was not impressed with the wait.
