Compared with the policy I had before, this one offers a better level of cover for the money, which is what I was after. I have been insured with them for many years now and the renewal each year has always been straightforward and fair. The claim I made some time ago was dealt with politely and without fuss. I'm happy to carry on with them.

Needed cover for our usual summer trip to Greece and I've been with them for years, so renewing was the obvious move. The renewal went through fine, although the site asked me to re enter my details which was a bit annoying. Otherwise it's the same as always.
