Bought the cover for my laptop and phone on the app while waiting for a bus. The cover started immediately and the policy card showed up in the app. Claims are done on the app too, which is handy. Only been with them a few months but no complaints so far.

I bought the home contents policy last spring after my old one ran out. The renewal reminders were useful and the cover details were easy to check on the app. I did have to ring twice to get an answer on the excess wording, which took a few days. Still happy with the policy.
