The medical cover section was the bit I cared about most and it was clear what was covered and what wasn't, with the pre-existing conditions wording set out properly rather than buried. Only niggle is the policy document is a long PDF and the site wanted me to log in twice to find the schedule again, which was a bit irritating when I just wanted the certificate for the wife. Otherwise it did what it says.
