Booked the annual cover on my phone while waiting for the bus, the quote form wasn't too long. The policy document came straight to my inbox so I could save it. Got cover for a trip to Iceland and a short city break in Prague, which is pretty good value. Only thing I'd say is the phone number on their site took ages to find, but once I got through the advisor was lovely.
