Booked the annual cover on my phone while waiting for the bus, the quote form wasn't too long. The policy document came straight to my inbox so I could save it. Got cover for a trip to Iceland and a short city break in Prague, which is pretty good value. Only thing I'd say is the phone number on their site took ages to find, but once I got through the advisor was lovely.

Not the cheapest I looked at, and the price is the thing I'd flag if you're comparing a few options. Covered a trip to Scotland and a week in Cornwall with the same policy, which was useful. The cover itself was fine and I'd probably use it again, but I'd check the price against a couple of other sites first.
