The policy itself is sound and the premium is reasonable for what it covers. However, when I came to make a claim for water damage the process was rather drawn out, and I was asked for the same photographs twice. I'm told this is standard but it was not a pleasant experience. The claim was settled eventually.
I'm afraid the application itself was rather slow, as I had to re-enter my details twice when the page timed out. Once it was done the policy documents arrived promptly and the cover is what I wanted. The cost was a little higher than I had hoped, though I suppose that's to be expected for the level of cover.
