The only niggle was the documents taking a little while to come through, about an hour rather than instantly, but they arrived before I needed them.
The verdict is that the cover itself is decent and I'd trust it for home contents, having worked in insurance admin for years. My one gripe is that the claim for a damaged washing machine took closer to three weeks than the week I'd been led to expect. Once it got going the payment was clear and there were no arguments. Slightly slower than I'd like, but I'd still renew.
