Needed travel insurance for a trip to Lisbon booked the week before, so I was panicking. Got it sorted on the site in about ten minutes and the certificate came straight to my inbox. Had to ring once to check the medical bit and they answered quick. Didn't think I'd get it sorted so fast.

What got me was how long the claim dragged on, nearly three weeks for a laptop that got nicked from my flat. The form itself was fine and the handler was nice when I finally got through. Just felt like I was chasing them for updates the whole time. Got paid out in the end.

Got pet insurance for my dog through the app last week. Set it up in about ten minutes, just answered a few questions about her vaccinations. The policy card showed up on my phone straight after. Easy enough, nothing else to add.
Good policy, covers what it should for a flat with a lot of tech in it. Their excess is higher than some of the others I looked at, and the premium on a renewal went up more than I'd like. The documents are clear though and the cover wording is easy to follow. Would stay, but I'd keep an eye on the price.
