Been with them for a good while now and the home policy has never given me grief. Renewals are on time and they answer the phone when I call. Premium went up a bit this year but not unreasonably.

Bought a single trip annual travel policy for a long weekend in Lisbon and the flight cancellation cover was the bit I checked first. The buying process was clear, though the drop down for trip length took me a minute to find. Confirmation email arrived with the policy wording attached, which was useful. Would have liked a slightly faster reply when I asked about a medical extension, but it came back before I flew.

Got the pet cover for our spaniel and the monthly cost was the big draw, cheaper than anything else I checked. Signing up took a few minutes and the policy booklet came by email right away. Nothing else to add really, it does the job and the payments come out when they should.
