Compared with my previous insurer, the process with ALA was noticeably simpler and I found the online forms clear. I did have a query about my renewal documents which took a little while to resolve, but the staff were courteous and helpful when I did get through to them.
Took out home contents cover with ALA last week on my phone while waiting for the train. Took about ten minutes, the price was fine and I got the confirmation email straight away. Haven't had to claim yet so no idea about that bit.
