Booked a boutique hotel in Bath through the app, which I use all the time for work trips. Room type and breakfast were both as selected. Check in was straightforward.

Honestly the easiest booking I have made for a holiday in years and it was my first time with them. The package price included transfers and I was not charged any extras at the end. Everything turned up exactly as shown.

Compared with booking the hotel direct this was a fair bit cheaper, so it was the clear winner for us. Breakfast was included, which the other sites charged extra for. Good value for a short break.

Good value for a family week in Spain, we checked three other sites before settling on this one. The villa had everything listed and the host was quick to answer questions before we went. Would book again.

We needed a holiday booked quickly after a family plan fell through, so I went looking for something flexible. I compared a few sites and this one had the best mix of dates and price for a week in Crete. The reservation was confirmed within a few minutes and the rep met us at arrivals as promised.

I booked a week in Lisbon as a package, which was my first time using a company like this. The booking page was clear about what was included and the transfers from the airport were waiting exactly where they said. Everything ran smoothly and I'd happily go back.

Booked a last minute trip to Ibiza from my phone and it was done in minutes. Confirmation came through straight away and the transfer driver was on time. Nothing to complain about.

Honestly it's much quicker than the big sites I used before, took about ten minutes to sort a weekend in Brighton. Price was about the same as the others but the app remembered my details so I didn't have to type everything again. Would use again.

First time I'd ever booked a trip like this so I wasn't sure what to expect. The steps were easy to follow and the hotel in Rome was exactly the photos they showed. The transfer from the airport was waiting at arrivals.

My husband needed a holiday that could cope with his wheelchair and I was rather worried about it. I rang them before booking and the person on the phone was patient and sorted everything out for us. The accessible room was exactly as described and the transfers were arranged without any fuss.

I've been booking holidays through them for about ten years now, so I needed somewhere reliable for our golf trip to Portugal. The group booking was handled without any bother and the rooms matched what we were promised. Staff on the ground were helpful when a transfer ran late.

Booked a cottage in the Lake District on my phone during lunch and it took about five minutes. Confirmation email had the check in times and the directions were spot on. Lovely spot, perfect for a weekend.

I needed somewhere quiet for a recovery break after my knee op, and I compared a few options before choosing this. The booking team asked about my needs and noted the stairs and ground floor room. The stay was calm, the staff were kind and the transfers were easy.
