Didn't think a week in Tenerife would be this easy to sort, I did the whole thing on my phone during a bus ride. Flights and hotel in one go, price was fine, and the confirmation landed in my inbox before I'd even got off the bus. Nothing dodgy, just quick.

I booked a long weekend in Edinburgh with a hotel near Princes Street and a train transfer, and the hotel was clean and the train times were right. The only thing was the room key card stopped working on the second day and the front desk took a while to sort it, though they were polite about it. Otherwise solid, and I'd book again.
Compared with the travel agent we used before, the price was very reasonable for our fortnight in Malta, and the hotel was just as described. My only small complaint is that the final travel documents took a few days longer to arrive than I'd been told, and I did have to ring up to check. Once they came through everything was in order and the staff were polite when I called.
I'd compared this with a rival site before booking and this came out a bit pricier for the same hotel in Benidorm. The booking itself was easy and the confirmation was quick. The hotel was fine, though the pool was closed for a couple of days for cleaning, which was a shame. Would be happy to use them again if the price is closer next time.
