We booked the coastal villa for the second year running and it was just as good as last time. The booking itself was simple, we paid the deposit through the site and had the confirmation within minutes. The host sent through check in details a week before we flew out and the place was spotless when we arrived. The pool was the highlight for the kids and we will be going back next summer.
Read moreThe hotel in Cyprus was perfectly pleasant but the moment anything needed changing it all went wrong. I had to rebook after a flight change and the site would not let me amend the dates, so I rang three times and waited on hold for over an hour each time. The refund for the difference took more than three weeks to show in my account. I would not want to go through that again.
Read moreWe have booked our summer week in Cornwall through the site for several years now. This year we went for a cottage near the coast path and it matched the photos well. The only niggle was that the wifi dropped out most evenings, which was a shame for my husband's work calls. Otherwise it was a lovely week and the booking process is always simple.
Read moreWe wanted a few quiet days away for our anniversary and the team helped us choose a small hotel in the Lake District. Booking was straightforward and the room was just as described, with a lovely view over the water. The only small thing was the parking, which was a little tight, though the staff were very helpful about it.
This was my first time booking through the site and I compared it with a couple of big names before deciding. The prices were a touch lower for the same hotel in Crete. The confirmation email took about ten minutes to arrive, which made me nervous, but everything was in order when I checked. The hotel was lovely.
Really easy to use on my phone while waiting for the bus. Booked a hotel in Brighton for the weekend and the confirmation came straight through. Room was clean and the location was spot on. Only small thing was the price had gone up by a bit when I went back to pay.
I was flying out at six in the morning so I needed somewhere close to the airport that I could book on the same day. The filters are quick to use and the hotel was exactly where the map showed. The room was fine but the breakfast cost extra and the check in was slow because the desk was short staffed.

The site presents its trips by destination and travel style, so visitors can compare beach stays, island hopping and longer multi-stop itineraries side by side. Bookings are made entirely through the website, with confirmation and travel documents sent to the traveller by email.
Its customers are mainly British travellers planning a warm-weather break who prefer to arrange their trip without building each element separately. Customer support is handled by email and phone, and the company offers help with changes to dates or passenger details before departure.
