The detail I valued most was how the rooms and transfers were described in full before I paid. The hotel in Bath was exactly as the listing said, quiet and well kept, and the coach pickup was on time. The customer team were patient when I asked a few questions about accessibility. I'd happily book through them again.
Read moreBooked a week in Magaluf with the flights and hotel and the hotel was not what the pictures showed, the pool was smaller and the room was tired. The transfer took ages and we waited over an hour at the airport. Customer services did offer a small refund eventually but it took two weeks to come through. Won't be going back.
Read moreI needed somewhere to go for a few days after a funeral and didn't have the energy to plan anything myself. The site showed me a few options with the flights and hotel together and I picked one that night. The confirmation came through quickly and the customer service team rang to check the dates, which I appreciated. It was a bit of a relief to have it all sorted.
Read moreHonestly it's good for a city break and the hotel in Prague was clean and close to the old town. It's a bit pricier than the other places I've used for weekend trips, so I'd check the price elsewhere first. The confirmation and reminders were sent on time and the trip itself ran smoothly. I've used them twice now.
I've been booking package holidays for years so I know roughly what a fair price looks like for Turkey. This was a bit above what I'd expect for the same hotel on the big comparison sites, but the flights and transfers were included and they were smooth. The booking page could be clearer about what's extra. Would still use them for a family week.
