We have stayed with them for years now, and the room we always request is the one on the higher floor. It has been kept beautifully over time and the housekeeping never misses a detail. The reception team remember us, which makes coming back feel like coming home.
Read moreCompared with the hotel next door it was noticeably dearer for a similar room size. The location is good and the staff were friendly, but you do pay for the name. Booking through the site was straightforward though, and the room was clean when we got in.
Read moreFor our first stay we booked the family room with the connecting door, and it was exactly what we needed. The space was generous, the kids loved the pool and the staff went out of their way to bring extra towels without being asked. Check in took a few minutes longer than we hoped but the team apologised and sorted it quickly. We have already mentioned it to friends back home in Leeds.
Read moreHonestly the verdict is simple, this is a solid choice for a conference stay in Dubai. Rooms are well laid out and the desk is decent. Only minor gripe was the lift queue in the morning, but the staff were quick to suggest the stairs.
We booked the sea view upgrade when we reserved, and it was well worth the extra. The room was spacious and everything was spotless. The only small niggle was that the airport transfer took a while to be confirmed by email, which left us wondering for a day. Once we arrived though, everything ran smoothly and the team were very helpful with restaurant recommendations.
The room was a bit smaller than the photos made it look, but the bed was comfy and the shower was great. Booking through the app was quick and easy to sort. The aircon was really loud at night though and I had trouble sleeping the first night. Staff fixed it the next morning. Would stay again.
Compared with the big chains it felt a bit more expensive for the same kind of room. The place is nice though, bed was comfy and the staff were friendly. Got a small discount for booking direct which helped.
