Compared this with a couple of seaside hotels we'd looked at and the lodge came out much better value for a family of five. Booking online was easy, the confirmation and directions arrived quickly. The check in team were helpful and the lodge had everything we needed. Would go back for sure.
Read moreWe've been booking the same caravan on the coast for about eight years now, this time the lodge we always have. It was fine, the beds are still comfy and the decking got a bit slippery in the rain. Checking in took ages on the day because the reception was short staffed, and the price went up a fair bit from last year which was a shame.
Read moreWe needed a budget family week in the summer holidays and wanted something that wasn't going to cost the earth. Compared with the big names this was clearly cheaper for a three bed lodge with a hot tub included. Booking was straightforward and the site showed exactly what was included. Lodge was fine, nothing flashy but solid, and the kids had plenty to do. Good value.
Read moreBooked a lodge last minute through the site and it went through fine. Took a while to get the confirmation email though, nearly rang them to check. Place was decent once we got there.
Compared a few sites for a late April break and this one was noticeably cheaper for the same type of lodge. The booking was straightforward, though the deposit took a day to show on my card. The lodge was fine, a bit dated in the kitchen but everything worked. Good value for the money.
First time booking with them and the lodge was lovely, the kids loved the games room and the lake walk. The hot tub was a bit grubby when we got in though, so we asked for it cleaned and it took a while. Booking was quick and easy.
