I was nervous booking through them for the first time, as I'd only ever used the big name sites. The train tickets came through in the app and the hotel was exactly where it said it would be. Compared to the others I looked at it was the easiest and cheapest, so I'm already planning the next one.

Was cheaper than the other site I was looking at for the same hotel, so went with them. Booking was easy enough on my phone. Room was fine, nothing to write home about, and the transfer from the airport turned up late which was annoying.
