I needed to get to my cousin's wedding in Newcastle and didn't fancy driving after a long week. I'd never booked a coach before so I was a bit nervous. The booking flow was clear and it told me exactly where to pick up. The coach was on time and the driver was friendly when I asked where to get off. The whole thing was simple and I got there with time to spare for the ceremony.
Read moreTicket sorted but the app kept logging me out while I was trying to find my booking reference. Took ages to get it up on the phone at the stop, bus was fine.
Read moreWe needed to get a group of us to a festival in Reading and parking was a nightmare. I'd never used a coach company before so I wasn't sure what to expect. Booking for four people was simple and everyone got a confirmation. The pick up point was easy to find and the coach ran on time both ways. Really pleased we did it.
Read moreI've been travelling with them to see my daughter in Glasgow for about eight years now. Booking has got a lot easier on the site, though it did log me out twice this time. The coaches are comfortable enough and the drivers have always been polite. Price has crept up a bit lately but still cheaper than the train.
Yeah this was pretty good for getting to Nottingham. Booking was easy on the app. Only thing is the wifi kept dropping so I couldn't watch anything. Fine otherwise, cheap too.
Compared a few options for getting to Manchester and this came out a bit dearer than the cheapest one, though the times suited better. Bus was clean and on time. Only niggle was the seat cushion being a bit flat.
Needed to get back home for the weekend and this was the only thing cheap enough on a student budget. Booked on the app in a couple of minutes. Coach was a bit late leaving but got there in the end. Would use again.
