My husband's mobility has got worse this year, so I needed a day out where we could be sure of a seat near the door and step free boarding. I rang ahead to check before booking and the lady I spoke to was very patient and helpful. The coach was exactly as described and the driver was kind enough to help him on and off. We'd be grateful to use them again.

Booked the hen day trip on the app on my lunch break, took about five minutes. Picked our seats and the confirmation came through straight away. Coach was a bit tight on legroom but the girls didn't mind. Sorted for the hen, would use them again for sure.
