We compared four different tour companies for the Scottish Highlands trip and this one won on the itinerary alone. Every stop was clearly listed, and the guide knew his stuff about the history of the glens. Coach was comfortable and the hotels were solid. We had a couple of days where the schedule shifted, but the guide handled it well. Good value for the amount we saw.

Flights and transfer were sorted in one go, no faffing about with separate bookings. The rep at the resort was helpful when our room wasn't ready and sorted it within the hour.
