We wanted a villa with a private pool for our anniversary and this one came up with exactly that. Checked two other sites and this was the only one that showed the pool hours clearly. The booking took a bit of time but the villa was spotless and the owner sent a message the day before to say hello. Glad we went with it.

Hotel was clean and staff were friendly at reception. I did wait a couple of days for someone to answer a question about my dates on the chat, which was slower than I'd hoped.

Needed a last minute break for half term with the kids and the big sites were all full. Found a cottage on here and booked it on my phone while waiting for the bus. Payment was smooth but the deposit took a day to show on my account. The cottage had everything on the list and the kids loved the garden.
