First time booking with them and I went for a hostel near the festival site in Reading. It stood out that the map showed the walking route to the gate, which was useful. Booking took a few minutes and the confirmation landed straight away.
Read moreWe needed to get to my dad's place in Glasgow at short notice after he had a fall, so I just needed something booked fast. Found a package that worked but the confirmation email went to spam and I had to ring them to check. Read moreBooked a hotel in the old town for a long weekend, having travelled to Prague a few times before so I knew the area well. The listing showed the hotel's exact location and the room photos matched what I saw on arrival. Booking was quick and the confirmation was clear about check in and breakfast times. The room was a bit smaller than I expected but well kept and quiet. Good for a quick break.
