This was an excellent experience from start to finish and I'd happily say so to anyone. We booked a cottage in the Cotswolds for our wedding anniversary, and the search and booking were clear and well laid out. The host had left a handwritten note and some local produce in the kitchen, which was a thoughtful touch. The stay was relaxed, everything worked, and the check-in instructions arrived in…
Read moreMy wife and I wanted somewhere quiet for a few days away from the crowds. The site made it easy to filter by village and by access. The cottage was perfectly fine though the booking reference was slow to arrive by email. It took a while to get the final details sorted.
Read moreFirst time I'd booked a holiday like this so I wasn't sure what to expect. What stood out most was the map view showing exactly where each place sat relative to the beach. Booking was simple enough, though the payment step asked me to log in twice which was annoying. The cottage in Cornwall matched the photos and the owner was friendly. Would book again.
Read moreI have been booking holiday lets through them for well over ten years now and the site has got better each time. This year I rented a farmhouse in Northumberland for a family reunion and the instructions for the key safe were spot on. Payments are sorted quickly and the reminders are helpful.
Found a place in Newquay for me and my mates for the weekend, booked on the bus home. Way cheaper than the hotels we looked at. Could not be easier.
the map view is what got me, you can see exactly where the flat sits before you commit. booked a place in Leeds for a gig weekend and it was sorted in like five mins. host replied fast too. would book again lol

Honestly really easy to use and I found a flat in Brighton for a night out on the Saturday. Booked it on my phone in about five minutes, the host replied quick and the check in was smooth. Would use again for sure.
Compared it against a couple of the usual booking sites before picking, and this came out cheaper for the same cottage in the Lakes. It was clear what was included and the total at checkout didn't jump about. The host replied within the hour when I had a question about parking. Would use again for sure, we're going back in the spring.
Compared it with two other sites before I booked, and this one came out ahead on price for a flat in Manchester. The listing showed the full cost upfront with no surprises at the end. The host answered my questions about the bus route in minutes. First time using it, and I'll be back.
Booked my first ever holiday rental and it was actually really good. Found a lovely little place in the Lake District for my sister's birthday. The confirmation came through straight away and the host was really helpful about the keysafe. Would definitely use again.
Honestly this was great for a first booking. Found a flat in Bath, paid through the site, and the host messaged me the code for the door before we set off. Place was clean and had everything we needed. We'll be using it again.
Needed a place for our family of five for a week in Cornwall during half term, as the hotels were far too dear. Filtered by price and number of bedrooms, and the house we ended up with came in well under the others. Everything was spot on, the kids had a garden and we had a proper kitchen for once. Good value and no fuss.
The map view and the filters made it easy to compare a few places in Bath before I picked one. This came out cheapest for a townhouse near the centre, with the total price shown up front and no nasty surprises at checkout. Booking took a few minutes and everything went through without fuss.
