Booked a family trip to Majorca with flights and a hotel and the total was lower than we'd budgeted for. The flights were on time both ways and the resort was just as described, with the pool and breakfast included. The payment plan helped spread it out. The kids had a great time and we got our money's worth.
Read moreI compared a few sites for a week in the Algarve and this wasn't the cheapest once the transfer was added. The hotel was fine and the booking went through without any problems. When I rang about changing a date it took three days to get a reply, and changing the booking wasn't as simple as I'd hoped. It was an ordinary experience, though it did mean the trip cost a bit more than I wanted.
Read moreThe coach tour to the Lakes is the detail I always come back to, because the pickup point was right outside the station and the driver waited for everyone. We've been booking through them since about 2014 and the confirmation emails have never gone astray. The rooms are usually what we asked for and the price has stayed sensible year on year, which is more than I can say for some of the big sites.
Read moreWent with them over the big booking site for a Lake District hotel, and they came in a fair bit cheaper for the same room. The only thing was the room wasn't quite the size the photos made it look, but it was clean and fine for two nights. Would still book with them for the price.
Booked a week in Cornwall through them for the first time and it mostly went well. The cottage was fine and the booking itself was simple. The only niggle was that the confirmation email took a day to arrive, so I was a bit anxious until it came through. Price was good for what we got.
Booked a short break in Brighton and the price was good, the hotel was clean and central. The confirmation took a while to come through though, nearly two days, which was a bit annoying when I was trying to sort the train tickets. Once it arrived everything was correct.
Booked a trip to Barcelona for four of us and the hotel was great, right by the metro. The only annoying bit was the room key card stopped working once and we had to go down to reception. Sorted quickly though.
