I was rather worried about booking a minibus for a family group travelling from Heathrow, but the vehicle that turned up was spotless and the driver helped with all our cases. The price was clear from the start and there were no surprises on the day. We will be using them again when we visit my daughter.
Read moreBooked a minibus for our hen do transfer from Heathrow to the hotel. Car turned up but was a bit later than the app said so we were stood outside for ages. Fine in the end, just wasn't impressed with the wait.
Read moreCompared with booking a flight, a hotel and a transfer separately, using them for the airport run was far simpler because the whole lot sat in one confirmation. The driver was waiting at arrivals with a name board, the car was clean and the price was clear before I paid. We used them again on the way back without a second thought, and the booking process took about five minutes on the laptop.
Read moreThe transfer was a bit more than a black cab would have cost, but the fixed price meant no meter running in traffic. I have used them a few times on the way to Stansted. Pickup was on time, nothing to complain about.
Way better than getting the train to the airport with a suitcase, this was door to door. Booked on my phone on the bus, took about a minute. Car was a bit late but they messaged me before it got silly.
We needed a way to get from Gatwick to a villa in Crete's neighbouring rental town with four bags and two kids, and the train was a nightmare. Booked a people carrier through the site and it came out cheaper than the other options I looked at. Good value for a family of four, driver was on time.
Needed a lift from Stansted to a wedding venue in the country at short notice and nothing else was running. Booked on my phone during a lunch break. Price was fine and the car showed up, only niggle was having to message them twice to confirm the pickup point.
Good option for an airport transfer, though I did compare it with two other firms first. The price was competitive and the booking was clear, but the other firm had a slightly better cancellation policy. The driver here was polite and the car was spotless.

Holiday Taxis is a UK-based travel company that arranges airport transfers and taxi journeys for holidaymakers travelling to and from airports, ports and stations. Customers book online in advance, choosing a pick-up time and destination, and a driver meets them at arrival or at their home address. The service is aimed at travellers who want a fixed price transfer rather than arranging a taxi on the day.
The company operates as an online booking platform, so customers can compare vehicle options and confirm their transfer before departing. It is known for covering a wide network of UK airports and a range of vehicle sizes for solo travellers, couples and larger families.
