I think the hotel choice was very good for the money and we found a lovely place near the centre of York. Booking was straightforward enough on the laptop, though the payment page did ask me to re-enter my card details twice which was a bit tiresome. The confirmation email came through promptly and the hotel was exactly as described. Only small niggle was the check in time being earlier than I'd hoped.
