Third time I've booked the Leeds to London coach route with them and the booking flow is still the quickest I've found. The seats recline properly, the driver knows the M1 well and I've never had to wait at the stop. Paid for my ticket in about a minute on the app.

Read moreI'd only ever used a rail pass for a trip to Dublin, so I checked this against that before booking the coach to Cardiff. It was a bit more per person than I expected once I added the bag fee, but the coach was comfy and the wifi actually worked for most of the way. The booking confirmation took a few hours to arrive, which had me worried for a bit.

Booked a shared airport transfer to a hotel in Edinburgh through the app. The driver was on time and the vehicle was clean, but the app kept showing the wrong pickup bay and I had to ring the support line twice before I got a straight answer. Once we were on the road it was grand.
