The deck plan inside the app is far better than the paper one, and I used the live tracker to time our port excursions. Booked the mid ship cabin with a sea view and it had the quiet I wanted. Dinner reservations were easy to change online.
Read moreThe cabin was noticeably smaller than the photos on the site suggested, and the bathroom was quite a squeeze for someone of my height. Staff were helpful when I asked for a change of towels. The price was on the high side for what we got.
Read moreSailed with Celebrity in March and the ship itself was lovely, the pool deck and the food were both good. Wifi was the bother though, it dropped every few hours and the package wasn't cheap for how slow it was. Staff were friendly enough when we asked about it, just took them a while to sort our room key too.

Needed a cruise that would suit my mum who uses a wheelchair, so I looked for something with proper step free access. Booking was fine but the cabin choice took a while to sort out as I had to ring them twice. Once on board the crew were brilliant.

Booked the inside cabin with the drinks package and the final bill was clearly what we agreed when we booked. Food was plentiful, the entertainment was fine, and the cabin was clean every day. Very good value for a week at sea.
Booked the balcony cabin for our Greek islands sailing on the site last week and it was all confirmed in minutes. Used the app to check the dining times on the ship too, handy when you're juggling kids and bags. Would do it again.
Last time I went with a cheaper line and the gap between the advertised fare and the final bill was ridiculous. This time, compared to that, the price on the site was what I actually paid. Staff were good and the ship felt modern.
