I picked a week in St Lucia from the site and was nervous about booking online, but the process was simple and the confirmation pack arrived by email the same day. The resort transfer met us at the airport with a sign with my name on it. Really happy with how it went from start to finish.
Read moreWe booked a Jamaica package for two weeks in March after looking at a few other sites first. The flights were on time and the booking page was clear. The hotel however was a different room type to the one we picked, and when we raised it the reply took three days and we ended up waiting in the lobby for ages. Not a great start to the holiday, and I would be wary booking through them again.
Read moreWe needed something that covered flights, transfers and a family room for a trip to Antigua, as booking it all separately was getting messy with three kids. Price was a little above what we found elsewhere, but having it all in one booking made the planning much simpler. Transfers were on time and the rep was helpful.

Booked a week in Barbados and it was the easiest holiday booking I have done in years. The flights, hotel transfers and the resort were all sorted in one place, the confirmation came through straight away, and our rep at the airport knew exactly where we needed to be. Would use again without a second thought.
Booked on my phone in the queue for the bus, took about five minutes. Confirmation came straight away and the flight times matched what I saw. Didn't have to call anyone.
Honestly it beat booking the airline and hotel separately, which I tried first and gave up on. Got a bundle for Cuba with flights and a room sorted in about ten minutes on my phone. Smooth trip too, would book again no question.
Compared with the big high street travel brands, this worked out a good bit cheaper for the same resort and flights. I have been booking trips for years and this was no different in the end, with the paperwork sent through on time and a helpful phone line. Happy to book with them again.
