Bought the family ticket bundle on my phone during my lunch break and it just worked, no faff with logins. Got the QR codes emailed straight away and scanned them at the gate with no problems. Nice and simple, the whole thing took about five minutes start to finish.
Read moreFirst time booking a stay here and the hotel check in was the first thing I noticed, the room was ready on time and the staff on the desk were friendly enough. Booking itself was fine but the confirmation email took nearly a day to arrive, and I spent ages wondering if the payment had gone through. Once we got in the room everything was fine, just a bit stressful beforehand.
Read moreBooked a two night stay with the park hotel and the deal on the site was the bit that stood out most, it was cheaper than paying for the rooms separately. The confirmation email took about a day to come through which was a bit annoying when I was trying to sort the car park. Room was clean and the kids loved the pool so we got our money's worth.
Read moreWe've been coming here for the best part of ten years now and the booking side has never really let us down. This time the room was booked exactly as we asked and the tickets were sorted before we arrived. The one thing I'd flag is the confirmation email took a while to turn up, so check your inbox if you're booking late on.
Used to book through a travel agent but this was way quicker doing it direct on the site. Got my tickets sorted in one go instead of emailing back and forth. Only thing is the seasonal dates were a bit hard to find, but once I got there it was fine.
