Used it to book a weekend in Brighton with my mates. Easy to filter by budget and the confirmation came through straight away. Got there, no issues, room was clean and the check in was quick. Would use again for sure, bit of a no brainer.
Read moreWe needed it because my dad uses a wheelchair and most holiday sites don't say clearly what's accessible. I've booked adapted rooms before so I knew what to look for. The filters on the site helped and the room was mostly what they said, though the level access to the balcony was a bit steeper than I'd expected.
Read moreBooked a room for my son's birthday weekend in Bath and the search was quick, the accessibility details were listed under each place which is what I wanted. Only niggle was the confirmation email took about a day to arrive so I rang them to check it had gone through, the lady on the phone was lovely though and sorted it straight away. Would use again.

The first thing that stood out was the accessibility filter on the search page, which I'd never seen on a holiday site before. I'm new to booking anything like this for my nan. It took a bit of working out but once I'd picked the options the list was short and sensible. The stay itself was fine.
We needed somewhere with a proper lift and a step free route to the sea front, as my husband has trouble with stairs now. Finding a place that listed this clearly was a relief. The hotel matched the description and the staff were patient with us at check in. We were very comfortable.
Compared with the usual big sites, this one lists accessible rooms in a way I can actually trust. I travel for work and often book last minute, and the search is quick. The room was exactly as described and the confirmation email had everything I needed for the lift and the parking.
I'd say this is the best place I've found for booking a short break with a wheelchair. The customer team know their stuff and the hotel details are accurate. Everything we needed was in place when we arrived and the staff were very helpful.
