Honestly I've been ordering from them for years and this time was a letdown. The bottle of gin I wanted was listed as in stock, then my order got cancelled two days later with an email saying it was out. I had to go back to the site and start again, and the replacement took another week to turn up. I used to just reorder without thinking but I'm not sure I will now, the service has slipped.

I've been buying their dark rum for a good few years now and it's still the one I reorder. This time I got a case for a summer party and it held up really well in the heat we had. Delivery came the day I asked for, and the bottles were all intact. Reliable as ever.
