Mostly I'm pleased with it, it's just a shame about the wait on the phone.
This was my first account on my own so I needed it to be simple. Signing up was easy enough and the card arrived after a few days. The app was a bit slow to load my first few times but after that it was fine.
Compared with my old high street bank, the savings rate here is much better and I don't pay for an account I barely use. I've been using it for a couple of years and know the process well. The only thing I'd knock off is that the app asks for the same security code twice on some logins.
The savings rate is decent for the money and I like not paying anything to keep the account open. A small thing is that the help section was hard to find when I wanted to check how a transfer worked. Otherwise it does what I need.
Compared to my old bank the process to open this one was far quicker, though the interest was a little lower than I'd hoped. Just the one thing: the email confirmations came through late so I was checking my inbox for a while. The account itself works well for me.
