Good value for what you get, the portions are generous and the food is proper, not too much salt. The box price works out a bit under what I'd spend doing my own shop for the same meals. The only niggle is the delivery slot, which is a fixed window and I'd like a bit more choice. Otherwise it does the job and I'd carry on with it.

Got the chicken and rice protein bowls first, and they are the best I've had from a box. The rice is not mushy and the sauce has actual flavour. Ordered the next week too.

Verdict: it's good. Food's tasty, portions are fine, I'm not hungry by 4pm which is a win. Ordered on the app in about two minutes and the box came the next morning. Would get it again.
