First time using them and I went in expecting to hate it, having tried a couple of other meal kit places before that cost me a fortune in waste. This one is cheaper per meal and nothing went off in the fridge. Signing up took about five minutes and the first box turned up exactly when they said it would.

I rang customer services and it took three days to get a reply, which isn't good enough for a regular customer. I'm not sure I'll renew.

It's a bit more money than the shop but you're paying for the portion and the food tasting proper. Ordering was dead easy on the site, though one of my deliveries came a day late and I had to ring to check. Would order again but might keep an eye on the delivery…
Read moreThe meals are fine but the portions were smaller than the pictures on the site made them look. I'm a big lad so I had to have a snack after. Price is on the high side for what you get, and the delivery was on time, just a bit fiddly to pick the days I wanted.
