First time using them and I went in expecting to hate it, having tried a couple of other meal kit places before that cost me a fortune in waste. This one is cheaper per meal and nothing went off in the fridge. Signing up took about five minutes and the first box turned up exactly when they said it would.
Read moreI've been ordering from them for a few years now and this last box was a real letdown. The chicken was dry and a couple of the sides had gone off before the use by date. I rang customer services and it took three days to get a reply, which isn't good enough for a regular customer. I'm not sure I'll renew.
Read moreCompared it to the ready meals from the big supermarket and this is a step up, the chicken is actually chicken and not mostly sauce. It's a bit more money than the shop but you're paying for the portion and the food tasting proper. Ordering was dead easy on the site, though one of my deliveries came a day late and I had to ring to check. Would order again but might keep an eye on the delivery…
Read moreGood value for what you get, the portions are generous and the food is proper, not too much salt. The box price works out a bit under what I'd spend doing my own shop for the same meals. The only niggle is the delivery slot, which is a fixed window and I'd like a bit more choice. Otherwise it does the job and I'd carry on with it.
Compared it to the other box I tried last year and this is more filling for less money. The fish wasn't overcooked which was my main worry. Sign up was quick though the app kept logging me out. Would have given five but the app is annoying.
Good enough, the food is tasty and the packs are easy to heat. Only thing is the first delivery came a day late and I had to message them to find out where it was. Sorted it fine after that.
I needed something I could grab after training without spending an hour in the kitchen, so I signed up for the high protein range. The meals are filling and the macros are printed right on the labels, which is exactly what I wanted. One box arrived with a couple of items a bit squashed but still fine to eat.
