Booked a ride home from uni, car came in five mins. Driver was nice, no chat which suited me. Price was ok for the distance and the app is easy to use.

I'd checked a rival app first and this one was cheaper for the same route into the city centre. The booking was quicker too, with fewer screens to click through. Car was clean and on time, so I've no complaints about the ride itself.

I needed to get my mother to a hospital appointment across town and she can't manage the bus any more. Booked it the evening before and was a little worried about the timing, but the car came in good time. The driver was patient with her and helped her in and out, which I really appreciated. I shall be using it again for her appointments.

Pickup at the terminal took a little while to find, so allow extra time for that.

Picked the comfort option on the app after looking at a couple of other taxi apps, mostly to get a bigger car for my mates and their bags. The extra seat room was worth it. The driver was on time and got us to Leeds city centre without any faff. Price was a fair bit above the standard fare, though.
