I needed to get my mother to a hospital appointment across town and she can't manage the bus any more. Booked it the evening before and was a little worried about the timing, but the car came in good time. The driver was patient with her and helped her in and out, which I really appreciated. I shall be using it again for her appointments.

Would use it again for early station runs, it got me to the platform in plenty of time. The one bit that let it down was the wait, it took nearly fifteen minutes for a car to accept my booking and I had to ring the station to check my train was still running. Price was fair for the distance and the driver was polite.

The fare didn't change once I was in the car, which is more than I can say for the other one. The car took a while to find me at a busy station, so there's a bit of room for improvement on pickups.
