Compared to the big branded firms at the airport, this has always felt less hassle for us. We've hired from them for about eight years now, mostly for the Scottish trips. The pickup desk is quick, the cars are kept well and the prices haven't crept up like they have elsewhere. Very reliable.

Booked a small automatic for a few days in Manchester after comparing four or five firms. This one came out cheapest once the fees were added up. Collection was easy and the car was clean, with the mileage about right for what I'd paid for. Nothing to grumble about.
