The order went through fine but the engineer visit got pushed back twice and when it finally happened the router kept losing sync for about a week, so I ended up on the phone to them more than I'd like. Speeds are fine now but it was a rough start.

Honestly the thing that got me was the app, you can pause the line and check your usage without ringing anyone. Signing up took about ten mins on my phone and the line was live the week after. Only knock is the wifi box is a bit bulky for the shelf, but it works.
I switched over from my old provider because the bill was a fair bit lower here for the same speed. The switch took longer than they said, about three weeks, and I had a couple of days without internet in between. Customer support answered when I rang but I had to explain the situation twice. Not a disaster, just not as smooth as I expected for the price.
Good speeds so far and the signup was easy enough, I was a bit surprised how quickly the line went live. The price went up after the first twelve months though, which nobody really mentioned when I joined. Still probably sticking with them for now but I'll be checking deals next year.
Been with them for years now and the line has been steady the whole time, which is more than I can say for my last place. The one thing I'd flag is the price went up at the end of my first contract and they didn't make it very obvious, so check the renewal email properly. Otherwise I've had no real reason to ring them.
Been with them since they first launched in my area. The speeds have held up and the billing has always been right. Not much more to say, it does the job.
Good value, the bill is lower than I was paying and the speed is fine for the household. The installation appointment slipped a day and nobody rang to say so, which was annoying. Otherwise no real issues.
Honestly they're good, I'd say this is a solid choice for anyone new to fibre. The sign up was simple, the install was done on the day, and the speeds have matched what they said. Nothing to moan about so far.
Engineer came on the Thursday like they said but the router didn't turn up until the Friday so I was on my phone data for a day. Line itself has been solid since, no drops so far and the app is handy for checking the usage. Only gripe is the setup guide is pretty vague about which light should be green.
We went with the standard fibre package for the house and the line went live about two weeks after signing up. Speeds at night are what I was after, the video calls with the grandkids don't stutter anymore. Bill is lower than my last provider and the monthly price has stayed put so far.
Our old line kept lagging every time my boyfriend was on a match so we needed something steadier. Read a few comparison sites first and this came out ahead on ping. The install was quick and it's been solid since.
I bought the two mesh extenders for our big Victorian house because the upstairs wifi was hopeless. They were easy to pair through the app and cover the back rooms properly now. For the money it's the best use of cash we've had in ages, and the price has stayed put.

The booking page kept timing out on my phone so I ended up doing it on the laptop. Once that was sorted the install slot was fine and the engineer was on time. Speed has been steady for work calls so far.
Switched from my old provider and honestly the speed is noticeably lower at peak times, which was a bit of a letdown. The signup was quick and the app is nice. Think I'm going to see if the price is worth it after a few months.
We needed a faster connection when the grandchildren started video calling from their bedrooms. The order was straightforward, though I did have to ring once to confirm my address. Everything works well enough now.

I needed a decent line for working from home after my old contract ended. I looked at four providers and this one had the most sensible plan for what I use, plus a router that actually stays connected through the working day. The install engineer arrived on time and tidied up after himself, which I didn't expect. Customer service has been helpful when I've needed it.
Switched over from my old one because my mates said it was cheaper and they were right, bills are way lower now. The sign up was dead quick on my phone and the app is actually easy to use. Speed's been fine for streaming and gaming so no complaints from me.
We took the standard fibre package for the house when our grandson kept complaining about the connection. The installer was punctual and tidy, and he showed me how to set up the wifi on my tablet before he left. Everything has been reliable since, and I've not had to ring them once.
