Way cheaper than my old contract and i switched in about ten minutes, no faff. Top up is dead easy and the data lasts me the month. Didn't expect much but it's sorted.

Read moreThe sim that came through the post was the wrong size for my phone so I had to order a new one. Waited nearly a week for the replacement and nobody got back to me on the site for days. Sort it out.
Read moreI bought a sim plan for my grandson's old handset, as he's away at university and I wanted him to have something dependable. Fine for what I need, I've been on it a few years now and the coverage is ok in my area. The bit that gets me is the top up process, it's not always obvious which bundle is which and I've had to ring up twice to sort it. The price is fair but I'd like it to be a bit clearer.

NET10 is a prepaid mobile phone brand that sells SIM cards, pay-as-you-go plans and handsets without the long-term contracts that many UK networks require. Its services run over the Tracfone network in the United States and are sold through the NET10 website and a range of retail partners, which places it among the budget-focused mobile brands with a US heritage. Customers can top up their balance, choose from a set of data, call and text bundles and keep their existing number when they switch.
The brand is aimed at people who want to control their monthly spending and avoid credit checks, and it is widely known for offering phones at a lower upfront cost than many mainstream providers. Its prepaid model means customers pay in advance for the service they use, and plans can be renewed or changed through an online account or by phone.
