I'd say this is one of the better phone deals going at the moment and I've been paying less than I did before. The switch over was handled for me so I didn't have to think about it. When I had a query about a charge they explained it clearly and refunded what needed refunding without any fuss. The plan itself is simple and does what I need from it. I'd happily stay on it.

The sim came quick, two days, but getting it to work took a while. Had to wait about a day before the data kicked in. Price is decent and the app is fine. Support chat was ok but slow to reply.
