I am delighted to say I would happily use this again. The application was straightforward and the staff on the phone were patient with me when I had questions about my bill. Everything was explained clearly and I did not feel rushed at any point, which I appreciated.

Went for the sim only plan with a fair bit of data and it's been good so far. The order took a couple of minutes on the site and the sim came through quick. Bit of a hassle getting the apn settings to work on my phone, but the app walked me through it.

The number port happened in about a day, which I was not expecting from a mobile company. I'd been dreading it because my last switch took weeks and I lost a whole weekend chasing them. This time I just filled in the form on the site and the SIM turned up two days later. My bill has dropped by a fair chunk and the data is more than I use.
