I've had my tablet from them since 2015 and it still gets updates. The shop assistant in town set it up for me properly, which I appreciated. Never had a problem with it.

Needed a new mobile contract after moving house and my old one had a big exit fee so I looked at a few places first, including going direct to the networks. Ended up here because the adviser on the phone talked me through the options without rushing me, and the SIM turned up two days later. Happy with it so far, just wish the app was a bit quicker to load.

Ordered broadband through them after comparing a few providers because the price looked better than the rest. The order itself went through but then nothing happened for almost three weeks, and I rang twice to find out why. When the engineer finally came out the line worked fine. The price is decent but waiting that long was really frustrating and I'd expect better communication.

Needed a replacement charger for my old phone and the cable I ordered wasn't what the site showed, it was a shorter one. They did sort it out but I had to send emails back and forth for a few days before anyone sorted the swap. Fair enough in the end but a bit of a faff.

Signed up for a sim only plan on their site last month because I'd never used them before and wanted to see how it went. The sign up took about ten minutes and the checkout asked for my ID twice which was a bit annoying. The SIM turned up in two days and it's been working fine since, signal is good at home and on the train.

Honestly the fact you can swap your SIM online without ringing anyone is the best bit. Took like two minutes, new one came in the post, put it in and it worked. Would use again.

Best value I found for a new phone and plan, full stop. Checked three other sites first and the monthly cost here came out lower for the same data. Signing up took about ten minutes and the phone arrived the next working day, so no complaints from me.

Went with them because it worked out cheaper than buying the same phone in a shop and taking a plan separately. The delivery was quick and the phone was fine. Only thing I'd say is the online chat was a bit slow to get a human, though I got there in the end.

Compared this against going direct to my network and it was a fair bit cheaper for the same allowance, which is why I went with them. First time I've bought a plan this way so I was nervous, but the checkout was clear and the confirmation email came straight away. Nothing to report beyond that.
