I got the fibre package when I moved into my first flat and had no idea what I was doing. The sign up asked for my move in date and the install was booked for the following Tuesday. Wifi covers the whole flat now and the bill is simple to pay each month.

The engineer arrived at the time they said, which I did not expect, and he was careful to lay down dust sheets before he went near the cupboard under the stairs. He tidied up after himself and left the router where I could easily reach it. I had been dreading the whole business but it was done in under two hours and I have had no trouble since. What stood out most was the engineer, who took the time to explain each step of the installation and even showed me how to reset the router if the wifi drops. He was courteous and tidied up after himself, which I was grateful for. I've had no problems since and the connection is steady.
